Returns- If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you made, we are happy to accept a return. We accept returns from purchases made on vewdo.com only within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges- If you received a product with a defect in manufacturing or workmanship and want to exchange, please email us with your concerns and we will be sure to make it right. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for exchange. If an error occurred while packing the order or if the items are defective the customer is not responsible for shipping costs.

Returns- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused in their original condition.

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If any expedited shipping costs were paid for by the customer at the time of placing the order, that amount will be included in the total refund amount. 

How to return:

Preferred Method: If you would like a return label emailed to you, please click here to email us.

  • With the prepaid label method, you have 30 days from the time the email is sent to use the label. 
  • The dollar amount of the return shipping label (price based on distance and weight, typically ranges from $10-$20 for 1 board and 1 accessory) will be deducted from your refund amount, whether you paid for expedited shipping or took advantage of our free board shipping at the time of placing your order.
  • Print the return label that was emailed from us.
  • Secure the product in the package. We strongly suggest you use the box that your product arrived in to ship it back.
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt, invoice number, order confirmation page or order email) inside the package for us to identify the order and process your return quickly. 
  • Return items in the secure package using the label we sent you.
  • We will reach out via the email address that was used for the return label, once the package arrives, to confirm your refund process has started.
If you would like to ship the unopened items back to us yourself within 30 days of delivery:
  • Return items in a secured package including proof of purchase (receipt, invoice number, order confirmation page or order email).
  • Ship using a Ground Service.
  • Keep your tracking number. You will be responsible to confirm receipt of returned package and any damage or loss during the process.
  • We will reach out via email address on your original order once the package arrives to confirm your refund process has started.

In some cases, a balance will be due in an exchange process, this all depends on the items being exchanged. We will always do our best to uphold the discounted accessory amounts when you are keeping the board but exchanging accessories. Free Ground shipping applies to orders over $100 to the contiguous US.

All returned and exchange items will be inspected upon arrival. You should expect to receive your refund in the manner in which the original purchase was made. We will reach out via email to confirm the refund process has started. You should expect to receive the refund within four weeks of giving the package to the return carrier, however, in many cases you will receive the refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the package from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to inspect the product and process your return (3-5 business days) and the time it takes for a bank to process the refund request (usually up to 5 days).
