A balance trainer for all ages and abilities. With its uniquely patent pending multi directional design, the Progression Fit can be incorporated into any workout thereby increasing core strength, agility and balance all while having fun.

Unlike a traditional Vew-Do Balance Board, the balance fulcrum of the PF remains stationary while its' multi directional ball and socket design allows for full 360 degree rotation, toe and heal flexation, as well as fore and aft balance training. Combine balancing on this board with your favorite workout or weight training routine and you have an amazing functional training program right in you own home.

Fully adjustable to the users weight or motion requirements, the tension of the elastomer bushing can be adjusted for heavier riders or lessened for lighter weight riders thereby allowing for greater flexation and mobility.

Made entirely in the U.S.A., of the finest materials and components available, the PF is engineered to last a lifetime. It's powder coated aircraft aluminum frame makes for a light weight yet extremely sturdy training devise that can easily be carried to and from the gym using just one hand. With a total load bearing weight restriction of approximately 350 pounds the PF meets the balance training needs of a wide variety of user.

Another unique feature of the PF is its strategically placed hand holds. These handles allow the PF to be used in the push up position thereby allowing for an excellent upper body workout as well. Try performing standard pushups while supporting your upper by on the board and see what it takes to stay balanced throughout the exersize. Experiment with the rotation and flexation of the ball joint design throughout the pushup and you have a functional training devise with endless possibilities. Try these same maneuvers while in the dip position and feel the results.

Some users enjoy adding elastic straps to the handles while standing on the board and performing resistance curls allowing for a unique upper and lower body workout while increasing overall balance, strength and agility. The possibilities are only limited to your imagination.

Now we could have gone overseas to produce the PF at far less of a cost however we have never been interested in sacrificing quality for cost.
